- Willing to undergo 1 month of training
- Knowledgeable in Quality metrics for Professional and Hospitals Bills
- Excellent Multi-Tasking Skill
- Internet Savvy
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Efficient time management ability
Customer Contact Specialist (Voice)
- Graduate of any four year medical allied course.
- One to two(1-2) years’ work experience in Operation and Customer Service.
-Knowledgeable in Quality metrics for Professional and Hospitals Bills.
-Knowledge in Quality Metrics for Philhealth case rates.
-Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
-Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
